The Heritage Club is a special group of people who believe in the mission of the Treasure Valley Y and want to ensure that valuable, life-changing programs and services will be continued for future generations. Each member of the club has included the YMCA in his or her state plan, or has given a gift. The gifts will build long-range financial stability, enabling the Association to meet its mission. The fund has exceeded the $2 million mark and distributes over $65,000 annually to support a variety of Y programs. The principal remains untouched so as to generate future earnings.
Heritage Club members express their support of the Y through any one of these giving options:
- A Bequest in One’s Will
- Naming the Y in a Life Insurance Policy or Annuity
- A Charitable Remainder Trust
- Memorial / Honorary Gifts
- Endowment Fund
- An Outright Gift
