Strong Kids Campaign is a FRIEND RAISING campaign, as much as it is a fundraising campaign, run by volunteers. It's an association effort with campaigns running simultaneously throughout all of our Y branches and 100% of the funds raised in our community remain in our community. Donations to Strong Kids Campaign are specifically designated for local children and teens to participate in Y membership, youth activities and events.
- Your gift of $5 per month builds self-confidence by providing one year of Teen Leaders’ Club to a teen in our community.
- Your gift of $10 per month provides positive role model experiences while teaching 10 kids to swim during SPLASH!
- Your gift of $21 per month provides one youth with a yearlong membership to the YMCA.
- Your gift of $25 per month allows 15 kids to participate in the YMCA Kids Classic Series, a one mile race for kids, promoting healthy lifestyles.
- Your gift of $50 per month allows one team of kids to learn sportsmanship and teamwork through participation in Y-Ball.
- Your gift of $85 per month provides a family one year of full-facility membership benefits to be utilized at any of the Treasure Valley Family YMCAs.
- Your gift of $140 per month sends one child to Summer Day Camp for the entire summer.
- Your gift of $500 per month sends an entire cabin of campers to a week of Summer Resident Camp where they will develop friendships that will last a lifetime.
