Participate in the 2012 Wellness Cup. Compete against employees from other companies in the Treasure Valley to see which work force can improve their health the most this spring. Join in with the fun, create team camaraderie, and most importantly, make progress towards your health and wellness goals! The eight week challenge emphasizes Nutrition, Activity and Support.
