At the Y one of our strongest beliefs is every child is of promise. The Treasure Valley Family YMCA is proud to support Idaho Voices for Children whose mission is to create an environment where all Idaho's children have the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
The mission of "Idaho Voices for Children is a statewide organization that develops and promotes a policy agenda that improves child health, education, safety, and family economic security." LeAnn Simmons, Idaho Voices for Children Executive Director explains, "The Pledge to Idaho’s Children is a roadmap for the child and family centered values we aspire to in Idaho."
