Saturday January 7 and January 14th from 9:00-10:00 a.m.

Class size is limited. Please sign up at the front desk of the Downtown Y .
*This class will cover the basic principles of Pilates and gradually introduce you to the Essential exercises. Once you have completed the series, you will be able to attend the beginner to inter-mediate level classes safely.
