Donor Stewardship Coordinator - Association Services

Wage Range: $11.86 - $13.00
Position Requirements:
Ability to develop, plan, and implement a donor cultivation and stewardship program to attract and retain donors and cultivate deeper relationships with donors. Ability to coordinate activities for endowment donors (including a large annual event) and to oversee donor recognition efforts.
General Skills & Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communications skills. Demonstrated ability to plan and implement programs and events preferably in a non-profit environment. Demonstrated ability to set and accomplish goals, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, work with a diverse team, work independently, and handle sensitive and confidential information. Bachelor’s degree and previous experience in donor relations preferred. Ability to possess or obtain Idaho driver’s license. CPR certification and other trainings required within 60 days of hire.
Other Information:
Full-time, exempt position with membership and health benefits. Applicant must be able to work in excess of a forty-hour week with some evening and weekend hours as needed.
