The primary focus is to help Distance Runners 9th Grade + prepare for the upcoming Spring Track Season, runners who want serious winter conditioning for distance running. Team Idaho Coaches will be working with the athletes individually on their off-season training in running and core and strength training, as well as on nutritional education, goal setting, and mental training/race strategizing. Participants will also be allowed to participate once a week at Indoor Track Practice.
Required Items: water bottle, athletic attire & shoes
