2 sessions available, each session is comprised of 8, 45 minute practices.
M & W, 6:15-7pm
T & Th, 11:50am-12:35pm
Participants will work with a certified instructor to learn proper diving techniques that will also help build strength, flexibility and confidence. Participants will perform dives off the 1meter and 3meter boards as appropriate. All participants will have the ability to work towards the Y Not Dive Team, if desired, and will have the option to dive in 2 meets at the YMCA throughout the year. Successful completion of Level 1 Diving is required or equivalent from a similar program, as well as the ability to swim 25 yards.
