This is a metric based training program using the computrainer. The program is designed to help cyclists improve performance through a prescribed 6-week workout plan designed by Matt Humphrey. The program will use a period-based training philosophy focusing on “tempo” power zones. The program periods are designed to build off of each other with future blocks focusing on the threshold and over-threshold zones.
