This is a FREE 8-week program for senior members of the community.
The program consists of two 1-hour-long classes each week, that start and end with an engaging conversation activity and includes gentle physical exercises that can be adapted to meet any fitness level. By connecting with others, sharing common interests, and experiencing fun group activities, seniors can establish a supportive network for initiating and sustaining healthy habits.
This program is designed for non YMCA members from the community to experience the YMCA’s older adult culture and programming.
