A 30-45 minute routine led by an instructor, Strive Fit allows you to target the entire muscle throughout your entire range of motion. Strive classes are circuit-based and designed to exercise each muscle or muscle group on machines that provide three different resistance curves. This variety allows for a fun and efficient workout for all ages and ability levels. It is recommended that you participate in STRIVE equipment orientation prior to attending your first class.
