Aquatic Personal TrainingCaldwell

Let our aquatic professionals help design and implement a traiing program specifically for you. We will help you meet your fitness goals with a training regimen and skill development tailored for you! This is ideal for personal fitness or to prepare for a specific even. Relationship will start with a 30 minute evaluation/consultation and a determined number of 30 minute follow-up sessions to meet your specific needs.

Fees:

Initial 30 minute consult + 1-30 minute session
Member - $50
Non-Member - $80

Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatic Program
Designed by the Arthritis Foundation in cooperation with the YMCA. This water exercise program is for people with arthritis and related conditions. Participants have the opportunity to exercise in warm water with the guidance of a trained instructor.

These classes, held in the deep portion of the pool, are a great way to get a fun cardio workout without impact. Boyancy equipment is mandatory in these classes, which combines endurance work with strength training and abdominal exercises. Class is designed for intermediate to advanced level participants.

Water aerobic fitness designed for people who are looking for a gradual approach to exercise again.  This class is appropriate for those recovering from surgery, cancer survivors, those suffering from a chronic disease, or those who have been inactive for a period of time.

Pregnancy FitnessDowntown Boise

Pregnancy and postpartum ladies, this class is for you! Offering a full body workout, modified for your condition leve, the class may help reduce pregnancy backaches and other discomfor you may be experiencing. You'll combine cardio, stretching, and toning, while working at your own pace. Doctor's permission is recommended for this class.

White Water FitnessCaldwell

High energy cardio class, offered in the lazy river and is anything but lazy. All fitness levels are welcome to join. This class uses a pump-driven current for resistance, providing muscular strength and endurance.
