Body Sculpting
An hour long class designed to increase muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility through isolation of different muscle groups using a variety of equipment.

Bootcamp Cycling
Bootcamp cycling is a fast-paced cycling class that includes muscle conditioning designed to strengthen the entire body combined with high intensity cycling intervals.

BTS Group Active
Activate your life in only one hour! This class will increase your cardio fitness, build strength, improve balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors.

BTS Group Kick
This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence.

Cardio Circuit
This high energy class alternates from cycle to different cardio work outs and Water Fitness. Class alternates so always check calendar on bulletin board in Main studio to know what class is being offered.

Cardio Fitness
Fun hi/lo floor aerobic class with intense cardio intervals. Will include all levels of fitness - come and have fun! This class is held in the South Gym (Basketball Court).

Cardio Kickboxing
The Downtown classes incorporate traditional aerobics with bag work. A total body workout, you'll shape your upper body with jabs and punches as you work your legs and buttocks with kicks and squats. Abdominal training included. A great stress reliever!

Corepower

Core Power is a series of exercises based on pilates and yoga. Corepower accommodates all fitness levels to increase strength, flexibility and balance of the entire body. The focus is on breathing and mindful movement.

Empowerment
Empowerment is a Mixed Martial Art conditioning class. This class is a great combination of strength and endurance with a Mixed Martial Art—MMA Conditioning. All Ages and ability levels welcome

First Step Cycling
This is a 45 minute cycling class designed for new or returning indoor cyclist. The class focuses on proper form and is great for all ages.

First Step Fitness
Low impact step aerobics with strengthing and relaxation components added. This class is designed for anyone who has been inactive and is ready to begin an exercise program. To add to your comfort zone this class is located upstairs in our fitness room in a non-competitive environment. Come expecting to have FUN

Hoopla
Hooping is a form of meditation, of self-expression and fun! Modern hoops are quite different than the flimsy and light hoops we used as children. These beautifully decorated hoops are larger, heavier and easier to use. The key is to find the hoop that fits you and your personality

Indoor Cycling



As a training method, Indoor Cycling is an excellent way of reproducing the feel of biking without going outdoors. What makes these classes different from the usual riding of a stationary bike is the visual imagery and techniques provided by the instructors. If you need a little extra motivation from an instructor, want to avoid physical risk, want a little training advice or enjoy the social aspect of a group class, Indoor Cycling can provide that for you.

Kick Boxing Bootcamp
This class is a high intensity, non-contact, circuit training class that focuses on realistic boxing, kick boxing and mixed martial arts techniques. All fitness levels are welcome and are encouraged to work at their own pace

Les Mills BodyAttack

Les Mills BodyAttack™ is the sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Instructors will demonstrate exercise options so participants can safely regulate the intensity of their workout

Les Mills BodyJam
Les Mills BodyJam™ is an addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts an emphasis on having fun while breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55 minute class. This is a great cardio workout!

Lose With Anita Nell
A Bariatric weight loss exercise program. This class is for individuals with a high BMI and those needing to lose a significant amount of weight. Deciding you want to change your life is the first step. Exercise is a key element in maintaining health and a better quality of life.
Anita Nell Swanson has gone from 527 lbs. to a healthy weight. Now at a healthy weight with a new lease on life Anita Nell runs marathons, teaches kettle bell classes and helps others in the pursuit of health and happiness. She admits she made a lot of mistakes on her long journey to health, but the good news is you don’t have to make those mistakes. Learn what she did and how she did it.
This class will include strength, cardio and flexibility. This small class of no more than 6 will also connect you with others who have the same goal providing you much needed support and motivation. Upon completion of 8 sessions you will have the knowledge and support needed to reach your goal of health and happiness.

Nia is a cardiovascular program that uses whole-body, expressive, grounded movement, rather than repetitive jogging or lifting. Total Athletic Conditioning
Get the results of a personal training session in a group setting. This high-intensity workout combines sportsconditioning moves with weight training, cardio drills, core/ abdominal work, BOSU, Swiss Ball, and more. You’ll burn tons of calories while you define, condition, and strengthen your muscles

Turbo Kick®

Turbo Kick® is combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. You’ll have more fun doing Turbo Kick®

Y-Fusion
Y-Fusion is a 60-minute ultimate challenge workout fusing powerful, but simple step patterns, and super strength using free weights, bands and physio ball. Athletic core conditioning is used to increase balance and flexibility. This class is for all fitness levels

Y-Step

This class uses the Reebok step for a full cardiovascular workout. The instructor modifies for most fitness levels and conditions with the exception of certain lower body injuries or problems. Please check with your doctor and the instructor if you have concerns.

Zumba® Gold 

The Zumba® Gold fitness program is second to none. It is innovative and fun. Designed with the active older adult and true beginner in mind this class is easy to follow so anyone at any age will be able to do Zumba®. Using many of the traditional Zumba® rhythms including: Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Rock & Roll (Twist & Charleston), Belly Dance, Flamenco and Tango

Zumba® Toning
Zumba® Toning takes the original Zumba® dance-fitness class to the next level utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol and the addition of light weight toning sticks. Created to emphasize muscle work along with rhythms, this combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercises is an effective use of progressive light weight training to improve overall performance. This provides you the participant, a new avenue to weighted activity.
You must have taken 10 to 12 regular Zumba® classes to attend this class and you must purchase toning sticks. For more information on this class and how to purchase toning sticks contact Crystal Duskey at 377-9622 x 424.
