Performance Testing/Private CoachingDowntown BoiseWest Boise

Private coaching is available to athletes that desire a specific training regimen tailored to their athletic profile. Customized programs are created for athletes based on testing results gathered in the performance lab. Coaching is designed for individuals with specific goals in mind. These goals may range from completing their first triathlon to the Boise Ironman 70.3, or even a full Ironman. All three disciplines (swim/bike/run) of triathlon will be covered by private coaching.

Heart Rate Testing:
Measurement of heart rate in various perceived effort zones. Effort gradually increases from walking pace up to a predetermined end point or sub maximal effort.
Single Heart Rate Test (Run or Bike) w/ Program:
Member: $50
Non-Member: $75
Double Heart Rate Test w/ Program:
Member: $100
Non-Member: $150.

Sport Specific Biomechanical Analysis:
Analysis of an athletes’ locomotion in relation to a specific sport.
Biomechanical Analysis:
Member: $50 per discipline
Non-Member: $75.

One-On-One Coaching:
Available for all three disciplines.
Member: $50 per hour, $25 per half hour
Non-Member: $75 per hour; $50 per half hour

Make your body your machine. This is an innovative program for fitness not replicated anywhere that can be set-up anywhere

TRX Suspension training bodyweight exercises are a unique valuable training method for sports performance and general fitness. The training movements are distinguished from traditional exercises in that either the user’s hands or feet are generally supported by a single anchor point while the opposite end of the body is in contact with the ground. Suspension training is the next big evolution in functional performance training. TRX Suspension Training builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core. “All core all the time.”
