Restorative Spine ClassDowntown Boise

The Restorative Spine Course is targeted to those individuals who have experienced severe back injuries and are not currently able to participate in regular core strengthening exercise classes. The small classes are designed to provide safe, effective core strengthening with a goal of participating in regular YMCA group exercise classes after completing a 6 week session. Upon completion, participants will have a strong understanding of which exercises are best for them to build their core muscles. Exercises will include mat exercises on the floor, exercises in standing and exercises on large therapy balls.

The course has been designed by STARS physical therapy, the YMCA Health and Fitness expert and certified pilates and yoga instructor. The course is supported by The Spine Medicine Institute, the YMCA and Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Services.

Fee:
Member - $20
Non-Member - $50
