Postural AssessmentCaldwell

Most misalignments and painful joints can be explained because of poor muscle balance. Certain muscles that are overused are shortened and overactive, while under used muscles are weak and lengthened. This causes your joints to move incorrectly, leads to improper movement and eventually injury. One way to determine these misalignments is through an Overhead Squat Assessment. This will tell you what muscles need to be stretched and/or be strengthened. Register at the front desk then schedule an appointment with Steve Oswald, NASM certified personal trainer.
