Boise Y Tri Club
The Treasure Valley YMCA launched the Boise TriClub in November of 2008. The focus of the club is to help people achieve their personal training goals while developing positive relationships among members. We encourage all ability levels to come join us!
Club members may attend as many of the structured training sessions as desired. We offer morning, lunch-time, and evening sessions during the week, as well as sessions during the weekends. In addition, the club offers use of the computrainers as well as a variety of FREE clinics to members including stroke clinics, transition clinics, nutrition discussions, run mechanics, tire clinics and more.
