Attention Parents:
Volunteer today! Each and every YMCA Youth Sports team is coached by great volunteers. When you volunteer to coach your child's sports team, the YMCA will provide you the support, tools, and training to be successful. You have the opportunity to ensure that each child has a positive experience! As always, the YMCA asks all participants and families to be supportive and respectful of volunteer coaches and kids on the team.

A YMCA coach's role is to provide a positive practice and game environment, communicate effectively with others and role model our character values of CARING, HONESTY, RESPECT and RESPONSIBILITY.

Volunteer Coaches must pass background check and be approved by YMCA
YMCA welcomes coaches with or without previous experience

Coach's Meetings will be held prior to the season beginning
We provide a coach's training as well as supporting documents to make your coaching experience a positive one
