Youth Program Refund Policy*
All Cancellations must be made in writing by completing the Program Cancellation Form, available at any YMCA facility and here ».
Refunds will be reviewed and processed within14 days.
• A refund, minus a $5 processing fee, will be issued for any request made:
o Before a sports league or race registration deadline
o 7 days before a program begins for programs without a deadline
• A 50% refund, minus a $5 processing fee, will be issued for any request made:
o The day after the deadline up until the day before the program starts or first day of practice
o 1-6 days before a program begins
• No refunds will be issued for any requests once a program has begun.
• In keeping with the YMCA mission and our association customer service pledge, full refunds will be issued at any time for participants unable to participate due to severe medical conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
• No refund will be given for participants who are asked to leave a program early due to behavior inconsistent with the YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
*Programs at YMCA Camp and Child Development Sites have a different refund policy.
