January 7, 2020

January is known as the month to reset and begin the New Year off right. Making New Year’s resolutions is a fun way to ignite a sense of purpose and focus. However, according to U.S. News, “80 percent of New Year’s resolutions fail.” The therapists at STARS are here to help to ensure that you can reach and keep all of your yearly goals! We offer a wide variety of services that can help keep you on track with whatever health and exercise-related resolutions you may have.
Are you currently suffering from tight or tense muscles, a lack of energy, or a limited range of motion or mobility? If any of these is keeping you from attaining your goals for walking, biking, ease of day-to-day activities, or other health-related goal, consider reaching out to one of our many STARS therapy clinics for help.
Working alongside physical therapists and occupational therapists can help you reset and live a life with less pain. Soon you will be heading to the ski slopes, walking around town, and enjoying the colder months forgetting how it felt to live with acute and chronic pain.
