 Join the challenge! Oct 12–Nov 20 

Six weeks. 10,000 teammates. For 20 minutes a day, five days a week, we’ll experiment with challenges and rhythms designed to open us up to a purpose-driven life that is STRONG. Take the Challenge, have some fun, and discover what it means to be STRONG.

Each week features a new theme with suggestions to help you complete the challenge. 

Everyone who signs up will receive a Y STRONG Community Challenge Starter Kit available for pick up at your Y after Oct 5! A free trial membership is available to Challenge participants. Community members who are interested in trying out the Y can stop by the front desk at any YMCA for details and restrictions.
