"I'm exercising regularly, which I haven't done in a few years, and my daughter is, too. The classes are a wonderful experience to share together, for physical health as well as the education through the variety of practices. She is homeschooled, so we appreciate the exposure to variety in machines and movement, as well as the many wonderful members."
