“After shelter-in-place orders were implemented, my YMCA did not miss a beat. Within days they started online classes. Because the YMCA was able to adapt so quickly, I have been able to enjoy a wide range of exercise classes that I’ve never done before: P90X, Insanity, a resistance band class, a foam roller class, Thirty-minute Abs, and even Zumba, all from the safety and convenience of my home. I might come out of this quarantine healthier than when it started!”
In 2020, we provided 1,550 Virtual Group Exercise classes with 49,097 participants in three months.
