Treasure Valley Family YMCA Reservation Platform
Cancellations are required if you find that you are unable to make it to your reservation. We ask that all members cancel their reservations a minimum of two (2) or more hours before the start of the class or appointment.
If you cancel two or more hours ahead of your scheduled reservation, it will be considered an early cancellation and we thank your for being mindful of your fellow Y members.
If you cancel within two hours of your reservation, this is considered a late cancellation and you will be reminded to try and cancel as soon as possible next time to allow members on the wait-list to have sufficient notice so that they may attend.
Failure to cancel a reservation will result in a “no-show” status. Recurrent “no show” status may incur a temporary hold on your ability to make reservations.
