Because the YMCA was able to adapt so quickly, I have been able to enjoy a wide range of exercise classes that I’ve never done before: P90X, Insanity, a resistance band class, a foam roller class, Thirty-minute Abs, and even Zumba, all from the safety and convenience of my home.
