Junior Counselors will have the opportunity to train with seasoned camp veterans to learn the ins and outs of being a successful camp counselor. They will gain impactful leadership skills, mitigation strategies, and some fun camp songs and games to keep kids entertained for hours. After that, they have the opportunity to volunteer in a camp of their choice. Junior Counselors will be assisting counselors in running the camp. They will have a defined leadership role and will be an integral part of the camp experience. Full-day only offered at Downtown Boise and West Boise YMCAs.
