Overview

This program is for the child who interested in diving but has never tried it before. Participants will start to learn the basics of diving and will have the opportunity to use both the 1 and 3 meter diving boards. At least one month of this program is required prior to joining the Recreational Dive Team.

To participate in any dive program participants MUST be able to pass the green swim test (swim 25 yards w/o touching bottom or sides of pool).

Learn to Dive Schedule: Evening sessions are Wednesdays 5pm-5:45pm or 5:45-6:30pm (45 minutes, once weekly for a month)

July & August camps are Mon-Fri 10-10:45am (45 minutes for 5 days in a week) at the West Boise YMCA & Boise City Aquatics Center
