Overview

CrossFit On Ramp For Beginners is a 4 week course that teaches the 9  foundational movements of CrossFit, plus other movements that are frequently used during CrossFit workouts. This 4 week class is a prerequisite to taking regular CrossFit classes on the schedule. It will give you everything you need to be successful in the classes offering scaling options.

Must be 17 or older to participate

Registration is required either at the front desk or online.
