How is your range of motion (ROM)? Limited ROM can dramatically affect your exercise program leading to increased risk of injury, pain and ultimately slowing or stopping your progress towards your health goals. This workshop also covers self-myofascial release (SMR), which is a technique everyone can utilize to enhance their tissue health. Learn foundational SMR techniques, how to select the right tool for the affected tissue, and build better range of motion into your life.
SMR is the practice of using foam rollers, massage/lacrosse balls, percussion/massage guns and other implements to increase blood flow, tissue extensibility, and improve performance.
