ForeverWell Strength Training Workshop

This 3 week workshop will provide an introduction to our circuit machines, strength training, healthy eating and an overall guide for exercise. Each session will last 45 minutes. You will have the opportunity to work with a certified staff member in a group setting. The first week you will be provided an overview of the weight circuit machines and how to build a workout. The second week will be a discussion on healthy eating and a chance to review the first week. The final week we will put it all together, talk about setting goals and options the Y offers to help you achieve those goals.
