Are you ready to make a change in your life? This program will focus on implementing the building blocks of healthy lifestyles. You’ll be introduced to goal planning, stress relief techniques, and ideas to eat nutritious food. A personal trainer will lead your group through safe, engaging workouts that will give you options for building a plan that works for you.
This 6-week program meets 2 times a week.
