Overview

Y’s Weight Loss Program consists of 12 one-hour sessions with a program facilitator and is designed to help people seeking a healthier weight achieve their goals by making small, modest changes to their daily behaviors and forming sustainable, healthy habits. Rather than advocate for specific restrictive short-term solutions, this program helps participants build skills for successful lifestyle changes. It is not prescriptive, it engages participants in small groups, and it seeks to change the definition of weight loss. Tools are provided in each session to help participants learn what works for them.
