Host your next birthday party at the West Boise YMCA!
Birthday parties at the YMCA include 60 minutes in the party room and an additional 90 minutes in the rock wall or pool.
*use of featured spaces are based on staffing and availability.
Please note that parties do not qualify for discounts or financial assistance.
Pricing and what’s included
Members – $240
Non-Members – $310
Included in the package:
60 minutes in the party room to eat/open gifts
place settings for 15 kids (including the birthday child)
90 minutes in a featured space
Parties must be booked two weeks in advance in order to provide staffing. All non-members over the age of 18 will not be let into the building without a valid ID.
During the first hour, party goers will have access to the party room and receive place settings (plate, cups, napkins, utensils) for up to fifteen people including the birthday child. Cake is available for an additional fee ($30). With the help of a birthday host, the room will feature the space to eat and open gifts. Families are allowed to bring in a reasonable amount of food, and will be welcomed into the room up to 15 minutes early to place any decorations that do not need to be screwed or nailed to a wall.
Following your time in the party room you will then transition to your featured space. At this time the hosting family will be asked to gather their belongings and gifts so that the room can be prepared for the next event.
Based on room capacities guests will be allowed to join their child in the party. All non-members over the age of 18 will not be let into the building without a valid ID.
