If you want functional fitness, and a varied workout program for your kids this class is designed specifically for you. This session for Youth 8-16 years old. The class features constantly varied movement activities that focus on balance, agility, coordination, speed, stamina, endurance, flexibility, athleticism, and core strength. Class is 4 weeks long.
