Youth Strength Training (Group)

YST classes are held once per month on first and Third Saturday from 10-11:15am. The classes will include equipment orientation, proper and safe use of cardio and circuit weights, along with fitness gym etiquette. This program will also introduce the YMCA’s core values to our youth. Upon completion of this program, participants will be able workout independently in designated areas of the cardio floor upstairs.
