Overview

A Personal Trainer will contact you to schedule your participants session . An hour long equipment orientation for 10-14 years facilitated by a Certified Personal Trainer to show proper and safe use of cardio and circuit weights, along with fitness gym etiquette. After this one time class, participants will be able to wear a YST badge and workout independently in designated area of the cardio floor upstairs.  Bring receipt to appointment
