Foam Roller & Trigger Point Workshop

Everyone can utilize the techniques learned in this workshop to enhance tissue health. Learn how to select the right tool for the affected tissue, and build a better range of motion into your life.

Use foam rollers, massage/lacrosse balls, percussion/massage guns, and other implements to increase blood flow, tissue extensibility, and improve performance.
