Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) is a technique everyone can learn and utilize to enhance tissue health. Learn foundational SMR techniques, how to select the right tool for the affected tissue, and build a better range of motion into your life! SMR is a practice of using foam rollers, massage balls and other tools to increase blood flow, tissue extensibility, and improve performance. Financial Assistance is available. Ages 18+.
