The Treasure Valley Family YMCA is a proud MOSSA Affiliate (MOSSA is a developer of high-quality, professional group fitness programs). Currently, we offer various MOSSA programs live in three of our branches.

MOSSA also offers a streaming service that allows you to work out from home using your TV, computer, or mobile device for only $9.99/month.
