Overview

Y-Barre is a fun and empowering class set to great music. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs, and flexibility training. Classes focus on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of full-body exercises using light weights and other props. Modifications and challenges for all levels.

*Members ages 10-14 may attend this class when accompanied by an adult. No sign-up required for the Caldwell and Downtown classes.
