Adult Judo is a one-hour class designed to teach the basics of the sport with an emphasis on developing coordination, agility, stamina, and key muscle strength to ensure safety. This class will move participants through the techniques of judo at a faster pace which will help develop a stronger core and greater aerobic fitness. Additional emphasis will be placed on learning judo etiquette and the principles of judo.
