This class is designed for students with prior judo experience. This 45-minute class is designed to teach the very basics of the sport of judo with emphasis on developing coordination, agility, stamina, and key muscle strength to ensure safety. Fun games and drills will be used to help develop these skills. Emphasis in this level will be on learning ukemi (falling) techniques, judo etiquette, and becoming familiar with the principles of judo.
