Overview

By leveraging bodyweight and manipulating stability, TRX Suspension Training modifies intensity across a range of low to high loads and stable to unstable positions. The suspension trainer is used to train multiple components of fitness:

  • Rehabilitate musculo-skeletal injures
  • Advance overcoming disabilities
  • Prevent injuries
  • Promote health and fitness
  • Enhance performance
