This athletic class is an action-packed 30 minutes of fun! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide participants through exercises utilizing body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform. This class focuses on building strong core muscles, which can help in preventing back pain and improving athletic performance.

*Members ages 10-14 may attend this class when accompanied by an adult.
