Qigong consists of slow fluid movements, deep breathing, and meditation. Movements stretch and strengthen muscles while relaxing mind, body, and spirit. Benefits of this class include reduction in inflammation, stress, and anxiety. Qigong is also known to increase circulation and lung capacity, and aid sleep.
The sessions increase in difficult as they go from Qigong to Tai Chi I and II.
