Overview
Join a small group of 4–8 people and workout twice a week for 8 weeks. This session includes two Tanita Body Composition tests—one during the first week of training and one during the last week. Every week will feature strength training and a HIIT workout, along with tips on healthy living, sleep, nutrition, proper form, and technique from your trainer.
Small groups will be formed based on participant availability.
