Let’s enjoy some adaptive PE-style activities! Through this program, participants will learn the value of a physically active lifestyle. Let your kids expand their knowledge of fitness concepts—including flexibility, stamina, strength, and nutrition—while getting the opportunity for self-expression and social interaction.
Kids should come dressed in athletic apparel and footwear and bring a water bottle.
