Research supports that many adults with neurologic challenges demonstrate improved functional mobility when participating in activity-based programs. The WELLNESS PASSPORT provides a program of Chair Yoga, Strength/Balance, and Cardiovascular conditioning in a supportive environment. Instructors are skilled in adapting exercises to improve mobility, body awareness, and to help participants reduce fall risk. In collaboration with St. Luke’s Neurosciences, the Healthy Living Center is proud to provide this community-based program.
