Balance and peacefulness result from attention to breathe as we move through physical “asana” yoga practice. Modifications are suggested as needed. Some yoga experience is helpful, although not required. Open to everyone with the ability to move through seated, standing, kneeling, and reclined positions unassisted. Yoga Flow—a blend of yoga postures done in a sequence. Some yoga experience is helpful but not required. Be prepared to move from floor positions to standing positions.
