Overview

The youth cancer survivor program provides sessions that are low impact, helps develop coordination, and decreases deconditioning that is a result of treatment. There are weekly instructional and supervised sessions to help those whose lives have been affected by cancer to renew or establish their fitness goals. A fun and dynamic physical fitness program focused on improving strength, endurance, coordination, mobility and balance through a variety of exercise such as: Strength Training Cardiovascular Conditioning Core & Balance Swimming Program is open to children ages 2-18 years who have survived cancer.
